Lettercat: Statements are necessary for the program to progress. Frostcube: Uses conditional statements such as, if the cube touches fire, the cube gets smaller. Bull riding: If the mouse is on the green square(true) the rider is stable, if the mouse is not(false) the rider will fall; this is a Boolean expression.

Weekly Question #5

When I searched “blankets” on 4 search engines, google, yahoo, bing, and ask. I came up with 3 different top results. Bing and Yahoo both gave me blankets.com, while Ask gave me JCPenny.com.  My top result for google was Amazon.com. A plausible reason for the difference in the results could be how heavy I have used each of the search engines. I use google most often so it has learned from past behavior that I often click through links to amazon when searching to purchase something off the internet. I haven’t used Bing or Yahoo for it to better direct me to a more helpful result.

Q: Post a link to a Web page that displays very differently in two different Web browsers.
A: Twitter on Safari and Google Chrome
